A beautiful Sunday was full of laughs, flowers, dancing and most important of all – love. The En Vogue Events team arrived at Hotel Zaza and instantly knew that this was going to be another gorgeous wedding in the books.  When we arrived, the ceremony space was close to being completely set-up needing only the finishing touches and the wedding party was well on their way to looking stunning.

A long ivory aisle lined with lanterns led the way to the ballroom where the ceremony would be held.  Ivory and gold covered the room from the chairs to the candlelit backdrop to the draping creating the walls for the intimate ceremony.  Behind the scenes, the tables for the reception were ready and covered with sequence and floral linen, mirrored table numbers, black and blush bow tie napkins and candle holders.  Blooming Gallery provided the floral decor and linens.  We must say that they definitely outdid themselves with the beautiful arrangements of white roses with touches of blush.

After the ceremony the guests were ushered upstairs for cocktail hour by the pool under a blue-lit tent that set the mood for a night of elegance.  The tables featured white linens and candles. As the newlyweds mingled with friends and family, enjoyed their favorite drinks and took more than enough pictures, the space downstairs was being transformed into a completely unrecognizable room. The ivory draping came down, the tables came out from behind-the-scenes, the band started playing, the dance floor was put together and before we knew it – we had the reception space ready to go. The guests made their way down from cocktail hour with the bridal party and newlyweds following.  The guests took their place cards, sat at their assigned tables and waited for the real fun to begin.

Each pair of the wedding party shuffled, danced and rushed to their seats for introductions.  The bride and groom’s first dance followed. Once it started, the reception was smooth sailing.  The newlyweds did the rest of their dances, received their toasts and cut their cakes, which were also unbelievable!  There was a fun twist towards the end of the night with a surprise mariachi band that was followed with tequila shots and mini tacos. Yummy!
